Our desire is to guide and support any individual who may need help enriching or building their family. Our staff is committed to treating families with dignity and sensitivity as we walk beside them through each step of the home study process.

The process will include the initial contact with family, the application, and several home visits that will be used to evaluate the following: Family Members; Financial Profile; Health; Home Environment/Challenges; Social Support Resources; Parenting Style; Training; Background Checks; References; Reasons for Applying. This process takes approximately 60 days to complete.

Engaging dialogue will include pertinent issues specific to adoption, understanding the commitment to providing a permanent home for the child or children, providing information on all aspects of child abuse and neglect, typical resulting behaviors, and planning and foreseeing what is needed for successful parenting.
